Unfold is a team engaged in a shared design process

Put simply, a process is a series of steps taken in order to achieve a certain goal. In this case, our goal was to deliver high quality creative work, consistently and on schedule. In order to do that, we needed a way to track listen “all the way”. Our progress is a journey for both our team and the client. We also needed a system to define what it was we were actually building and find ways to avoid any confusion along the way so work with in a professional “Structure for Fulfillment”.
