Unfold Homes is not a traditional architecture firm. We are a design leadership studio specializing in healthy, natural, high‑performance homes, housing, communities, and commercial buildings. Our work sits at the intersection of architecture, building science, regenerative design, and thoughtful project integration. Unfold Homes operates as Design Lead and Project Integrator. Rather than fragmenting responsibility across disconnected consultants, we provide a single point of design leadership that coordinates architects of record, engineers, interior designers, builders, and specialty consultants. Licensed professionals retain responsibility for stamped documents; we focus on alignment, judgment, integration, and decision‑making.
