retainer-$500

If your project is a bit larger we will get started with a retainer and track our time. A little skin in the game goes a longe way to move your project forward for both of us.

Hourly

On Small projects we can just do some drafting, simple modifications, sketches or just problem solve over the phone.

Designs & plans range from $100 and up

Design Development plans $1500

A full Design Development drawing set (like the one below) gets you through the design process and is often enough to set you up for the build. You can share this drawing with your contractor for estimates, use it for a DYI or even show it to your local building official if the project doesn’t need full on stamped ore engineering.

Construction Documents $1500/ per page

Construction documents & Engineering Many times clients need to file there projects with the local building depart and we can put that document together. Rates are $1,500 per 18x24 page required by the building department and engineering is billed as per load calculation or per the entire set depending on what you need.

Full CNc timber orders

If your order the timbers through Unfold Homes we can provide a full material and hardware list of all timbers cuts and hardware, even down to the single screw in our construction documents. The timber frames are super accurate CNC cut that go together with a small crew with machining like quality Timbers, with hardware delivered right to your job site. We can provide White Pine or Doug Fir cut with mortise and tenon joinery or Connext metal connectors.

DIY

If you are looking for full DIY we provide only the rough cut lumber and hardware list and you can take it from there. Project support, management & consultancy
